Orders are packed by our small team here on the coast. You'll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email once it has been dispatched.

Dispatch timeframes are confirmed in your order confirmation email. During new releases and busy periods, packing can take a little longer.

Estimated delivery timeframes for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

All timeframes are estimates only. They begin from dispatch, not from the time an order is placed, and they can be affected by carrier delays, weather and public holidays.

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We can't guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage may apply.

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take up to a business day to show its first scan.

International shipping options, destinations and costs are shown at checkout. Where international delivery is available, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price paid at checkout.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, start by checking your tracking and with anyone else at your delivery address. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us and we'll open an enquiry with the carrier.

If something arrives damaged, keep the packaging and the item as they arrived and get in touch with photos so we can sort it out.
